摘  要:单向拉伸时两向紧密柔性交织结构的泊松比非常不稳定,这对该类结构在力学数值模拟中的预测影响极为显著。研究了不同应变条件下两向紧密交织结构泊松比的动态变化规律,选取不同尺寸规格与材料的紧密交织结构织物进行拉伸试验,结合泊松比计算公式得到了织物在不同拉伸应变下的动态泊松比,并对其变化规律和机理进行探索。结果表明,当两向紧密交织结构的织物拉伸截面宽度较小、弹性较大以及沿纬向拉伸时,泊松比相对较大,同时且织物靠近夹持点区域的泊松比较大,并确定了该种织物泊松比的范围为0.10~0.35。The Poisson s ratio of biaxial interwoven fabric is non-constant under the uniaxial tensile,leading to a significant influence on the predictive accuracy of mechanical behavior in the numerical simulation.This paper studied the dynamic change of the Poisson s ratio of the biaxial interwoven fabric under different strains.The tensile tests were performed on the fabrics with different materials and size.The dynamic Poisson s ratio values were obtained according to the Poisson s ratio formula,and its regulation and mechanism were explored.The results show that the Poisson s ratio value is relatively large when the cross section width is small and the elasticity is large.While it is stretched along the weft direction and the fabric is close to the tensile collet position,the Poisson s ratio value is larger.The Poisson s ratio value of the biaxial interwoven fabric is at the range of 0.10 to 0.35.
