重组人白细胞介素-2辅助治疗初治浸润型肺结核疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察重组人白细胞介素-2在辅助治疗初治浸润型肺结核的疗效。方法将102例初治浸润型肺结核患者分为观察组和对照组。在HRZE方案抗结核治疗基础上,观察组加用重组人白细胞介素-2。结果治疗1个月后观察组在胸部CT病灶吸收、痰菌转阴情况均优于对照组。结论重组人白细胞介素-2辅助治疗初治浸润型肺结核,可加快肺部病灶吸收,促进痰菌转阴。Objective:To observe the efficacy of Recombinant Human Interleukin-2 in adjuvant treatment of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis.Method:102 patients of infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups,one is observe group the other is control group.Based on HRZR treatment,the control group extra use Recombinant Human Interleukin-2.Result: After one month treatment, the observe group is superior to control group in Chest CT lesion absorption and sputum negative.Conclusion:Recombinant Human Interleukin-2 in adjuvant treatment of infiltrative pulmonarytuberculosis, the therapy can quicken chest lesion absorption, promote sputum negative.
