摘 要:试验以彦粳软玉1号水稻为供试作物,采用随机区组设计和田间小区试验方法,研究了氮肥减量 30%并配施两种复合微生物菌剂处理对水稻土养分及水稻产量的影响。结果表明:与常规施肥相比,氮肥减量配施两种复合菌剂处理均提高了土壤有效养分含量。就产量而言,相比常规施肥,添加两种复合菌剂均可以增加水稻产量,其中,化肥减量配施复合菌剂S处理的产量最高。可见,施用微生物菌剂可以在一定程度上替代化肥对水稻产量及土壤养分的贡献。研究结果对化肥合理减施并保障作物产量和合理应用微生物菌剂有理论和实践意义。The rice variety named Yanjingruanyu No. 1 ( germ and round-grained rice) was used as the test crop. Under the condition of 30% reduction of nitrogen fertilizer,effects of the two kinds of compound microbial agents on paddy soil nutrient and rice yield in field experiment with the method of random block design. The results showed that nitrogen reduction combined two kinds of compound microbial agents can increase rice yield and paddy soil nutrient contents,compared with conventional fertilization. Thereinto,the highest rice yield was obtained from the treatment of 30% reduction of nitrogen fertilizer combined with bacteria S. It can be seen that the application of microbial agents can partly replace the contribution of chemical fertilizers to rice yield and soil nutrients. The results have theoretical and practical significance for rationally reducing fertilizer appli- cation,ensuring crop yield and rational application of microbial agents.
