色纺纱的质量评价

摘　　要：探讨色纺纱质量评价问题。运用对比等方法解析了国内色纺纱行业标准中的通用质量指标、色彩类质量指标,以及标准外实际应用中增加的色彩类质量指标的内涵和必要性,指出现有色纺纱行业标准主要适用于麻灰纱和彩色纱,不适合色纺花式纱。针对色纺纱质量检测与评价中最关键的对色问题,引用相关色彩理论知识从本质上进行了解析,以帮助色纺领域工程技术人员深入理解、认知、掌握色纺纱质量评价方法。The quality evaluation problems of color spun yarn were discussed.The quality index in common use and color related quality index in the standards of color spun yarn industry at the country together with the connotation and necessity of the additional color related quality index out of the standards in the practical application were explained with the comparison method and so on.It was pointed out that the current color spun yarn industrial standards were mainly suitable for heather grey yarn and color spun yarn,they were not suitable for color spun fancy yarn.Aimed at the quality detection of color spun yarn and the key coloring match issue in the evaluation,related color theoretical knowledge was referred to explain essentially and help the engineering technical staff in color spun industry deeply understanding,perceiving and grasping the evaluation methods of color spun yarn quality evaluation methods.
