摘 要:为了提高条并卷联合机的工作效率和产品质量,解决棉卷成形、黏卷、精梳梳理效果等诸多方面的问题,建立棉卷卷绕数学模型,设计出平带包覆式卷绕机构,可在棉卷圆周方向形成包覆支撑的三点状分布控制,分别实现传动、位置调节、张力补偿等作用,平带张力柔性可控,保证了成形良好,质量稳定。将其应用于生产实践后,与传统卷绕机构对比,运行功率降低53.3%,噪声降低7.9%,棉卷重量不匀率CV值显著改善,满足生产速度170m/min的运行要求和精梳机标准配台需求。In order to improve working efficiency and product quality of draw frame and lap machine combined,solve problems of cotton lap forming,sticking lap and combing effects,a mathematical model of lap winding was established.A belt wrap winding mechanism was designed,three point distributed control of cladding support can be formed in the cotton lap circumferential direction to realize functions of transmission,position adjustment and tension compensation.The belt tension is flexible and controllable,better forming and stable quality can be ensured.After application,compared with traditional winding mechanism,operating power was reduced 53.3%,noise was reduced 7.9%,weight unevenness CV value was significantly improved.Operation requirement of 170 m/min and machine standard matching requirements were met.
