摘 要:为了改善细纱条干CV值和条干CVb,在对两者关系进行论述的基础上,主要从细纱工序着手,阐述细纱不同牵伸工艺以及细纱各主要工艺元件对细纱条干CVb的影响,同时分析了前道各工序影响细纱条干CVb的因素,并提出控制措施。认为:降低条干CVb是纺纱系统性工程,需要纺纱各工序严格把关,发挥各自优势,进行精细化管理,降低台、锭、眼差异和随机不匀,从而降低成纱条干CVb。In order to improve yarn eveness CV and CVb,based on discussion of the two index relationship,spinning process,influence of different drafting processes and main technology components on yarn eveness CVb were explained.Factors affecting yarn eveness CVb in each process were analyzed and control measures were proposed.It is considered that reduction of yarn eveness CVb is a spinning system project,each processes of spinning should be strictly controlled,each advantages should be used,refined management should be adoptted to reduce the difference among frames,spindles and random unevenness,thereby yarn eveness CVb can be reduced.
