摘 要:通过对四面体形金属微型桁架结构芯子现有制造方法的归纳总结和四面体形桁架结构的成形特点,提出了基于改进金属穿孔板弯曲成形法的多次弯曲成形法。说明了新方法的制造原理,并对多次弯曲成形法的过程进行了研究,分别以桁架毛坯在制造过程的3个成形阶段的结构模型为基础,初步设计了3次成形阶段所需的模具,并将模具与毛坯模型进行了预先装配。最后,根据该方法初步加工出桁架结构试件,验证制造方法的可行性。By summarizing the existing manufacturing methods of tetrahedral metallic microscale truss core and forming characteristics of tetrahedral truss structure,a multi bending forming method based on improved metal perforated plate bending forming method was proposed.The manufacturing principle of the new method was explained,and the process of the multi bending forming method was studied.Three forming processes of the truss blank in the manufacturing were presented respectively.Based on the structural model of the stage,the moulds for the three forming stages were designed preliminarily,and the mould and blank model were pre assembled.According to this method,the truss structural specimens were preliminarily processed,which verifies the feasibility of the manufacturing method.
