摘  要:为了确保光控相控阵雷达中微波发射前端组件运行的稳定,为高热流密度功放组件提供合理的温度环境,依据集成系统的结构与前端输入,提出了匹配系统的热设计方案,并采用仿真软件进行了模拟与分析。结果表明,系统最高温度不超过指标温度,且热均匀性较高。该热设计方案验证了采用金刚石/铜进行热扩展并结合合理的液冷冷板结构,可以实现紧凑高效的散热需求。此外,提出了多级翅片与对插式辅助翅片的结构优化方案,并分析了相关参数对散热的影响。该系列热设计方案与参数分析可以为雷达高热流密度组件的热设计提供思路。In order to ensure the stable operation of microwave transmitting front end component in optical controlled phased array radar and provide a reasonable temperature environment for high heat flux power amplifier,the thermal design scheme according to the structure of integrated system and the input parameters was proposed and analyzed by simulation.The results show that the maximum system temperature and temperature uniformity meet the requirements.The design scheme verifies that the efficient heat dissipation can be achieved by using the efficient diamond/copper heat expansion and reasonable liquid cooled cold plate.Moreover,the structure optimization schemes of multi stage fins and auxiliary fins with relatively insertion were proposed,and influence parameters of heat dissipation were analyzed.The optimization schemes provide ideas for thermal design of high heat flux components in radar.
