摘　　要：目的:分析蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛中的效果。方法:选取2015年3月~2018年1月来某院分娩的100例产妇为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组50例。其中观察组产妇分娩过程中行分娩镇痛处理,采用蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉镇痛,对照组产妇未行分娩镇痛处理,对比两组产程时间、产后出血量、新生儿窘迫与胎儿窘迫发生情况。结果:与对照组对比,观察组第二产程时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组胎儿窘迫、新生儿窒息发生率分别为18%、6%,对照组分别为14%、4%,差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.2976、0.7092,P>0.05)。结论:蛛网膜下腔-硬膜外联合阻滞麻醉用于分娩镇痛中的效果可靠,不会对母婴产生不良影响,但可能延长第二产程。Objective: To analyze the effect of combined subarachnoid-epidural block anesthesia in labor analgesia. Methods: A total of 100 women gave birth in a hospital from March 2015 to January 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. Among them, 50 women in the observation group were given labor analgesia during childbirth, using arachnoid Inferior and epidural combined anesthesia for anesthesia;50 women in the control group were without treating with labor analgesia. The time of labor, postpartum hemorrhage, neonatal distress and fetal distress were compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the second stage of labor in the observation group was longer, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of fetal distress and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group were 18% and 6%, respectively, and 14% in the control group with 14%, 4%, the difference was not statistically significant(χ^2=0.2976, 0.7092, P>0.05). Conclusion: Combined subarachnoid-epidural block anesthesia is reliable in labor analgesia and will not cause adverse effects on mother and child,but may prolong the second stage of labor.
