摘　　要：目的:探讨交锁髓内钉内固定术对胫骨下段骨折患者术后疼痛程度及踝关节功能的影响。方法:选取郑州市骨科医院105例胫骨下段骨折患者,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(53例)和对照组(52例)。对照组采用锁定加压钢板内固定术治疗,观察组采用交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗,观察对比两组复位效果、术后疼痛程度评分(VAS)及术后6个月踝关节功能。结果:观察组复位效果优良率为96.23%,与对照组92.31%对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后观察组VAS评分低于对照组,踝关节功能评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:交锁髓内钉内固定术治疗胫骨下段骨折效果确切,可降低患者术后疼痛程度,改善踝关节功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail on the degree of postoperative pain and ankle joint function in patients with lower tibial fractures. Methods: A total of 105 cases of lower tibial fractures in Zhengzhou Orthopedics Hospital were selected and divided into the observation group(53 cases) and the control group(52 cases) according to the random digital table. The control group was treated with internal fixation of locking compression plate, and the observation group was treated with internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail. The reduction effect, degree of postoperative pain score(VAS), the ankle joint function after 6 months of operation of two groups were observed and compared. Results: The excellent rate of the observation group was 96.23%. Compared with the control group with 92.31%, the difference was not statistically significant P>0.05). The score of VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, the score of ankle joint function was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The effect of internal fixation of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of lower tibial fractures is accurate. It can reduce the degree of postoperative pain and improve the function of the ankle joint.
