个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用及其价值分析

摘　　要：目的:分析个性化护理在小儿肺炎支原体感染中的应用价值。方法:选取某院患儿作为样本,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施个性化护理。结果:观察组有效率94.44%、饮食护理评分(24.15±0.01)分、心理(23.68±0.48)分、咳嗽(23.72±0.22)分、体温(24.07±1.36)分,优势显著(P<0.05)。结论:以饮食护理、咳嗽护理及体温护理等为代表的个性化护理的实施,对肺炎支原体感染患儿的康复具有重要价值。Objective: To analyze the application value of individualized nursing in the infection of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children. Methods: The children in a hospital were selected as samples and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group carried out routine nursing, and the observation group carried out individualized nursing. Results: The effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%, the adventage of dietary nursing score(24.15±0.01), psychological(23.68±0.48), cough(23.72±0.22) and body temperature(24.07±1.36) were significant(P<0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of personalized nursing, represented by diet nursing, cough nursing and temperature nursing, is of great value for the rehabilitation of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae infection.
