摘  要:经外周置入中心静脉导管(PICC)尖端位于正确位置,是确保导管功能和防治导管尖端相关性并发症的关键。从PICC应用于临床初始,医务人员就一直在通过科学研究、教育培训、设备改良以及技术革新等,致力于达到"正确放置中心静脉导管至合适位置"这一目标。本文对PICC尖端定位技术进行综述,重点探讨传统的X光胸片定位法、心电图引导下置管技术以及最近几年应用于临床的电导丝导航与定位系统。Correct tip position of a peripherally inserted central catheter(PICC) is the key to ensuring catheter function and prevention of catheter-related complications. From the initial application of PICC to the clinic, medical staff have been striving to achieve the goal of "correctly placing the catheter tip at the ideal position" through scientific research, education and training, equipment upgrading and technological innovation. This paper reviews the PICC tip positioning technology, focusing on the traditional chest X-ray tip position, electrocardiography(ECG)-guided PICC placement, and conductance guidewire system validated for PICC navigation in clinical applications in recent years.
