摘 要:目的比较可视化插管技术与传统插管技术应用于院前急救实习生学习气管插管教学中的效果,探讨可视化教学的可行性和优势。方法选择2018年1~6月来浦东新区人民医院麻醉科实习的上海健康医学院院前急救专业实习生40名,按随机数表法分为A组(可视化教学组)和B组(传统教学组),每组20人。实习两周结束后进行气管插管考核。比较两组实习生的插管时间、一次插管成功率、出科操作考成绩。随访比较手术患者插管即刻和术后第一天的不良反应事件。比较学生对不同教学方式的满意度。结果 A组实习生的插管时间为(32.47±2.64) s,明显少于B组的(57.32±2.33) s,一次气管插管成功率为90.0%,明显高于B组的70.0%,出科操作考核成绩为(90.23±3.67)分,明显高于B组的(82.46±4.12)分,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);随访手术患者,A组的插管不良事件发生率为17.5%,远低于B组的37.5%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A组实习生满意程度评分为(92.46±2.91)分,明显高于B组的(80.42±3.12)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可视化插管技术教学法应用于院前急救实习生的教学效果优于传统教学法。Objective To observe and compare the effect of visual intubation technique and traditional intubation technique on the study of trachea intubation in pre-hospital first aid intern, and to explore the feasibility and advantages of visual teaching. Methods Forty interns of pre-hospital first aid from Shanghai University of Medicine &Health Sciences from Jan. 2018 to Jun. 2018 were selected and randomly divided into group A(visual teaching group)and group B(traditional teaching group), with 20 interns in each group. At the end of 2 weeks of internship, examination of trachea intubation was conducted. The intubation time, the success rate of one intubation, test score, and the adverse reaction events immediately after intubation and on the first day after operation were compared. The students’ satisfaction to different teaching methods was also compared. Results In group A, the intubation time was(32.47±2.64) seconds, significantly shorter than(57.32 ± 2.33) seconds in group B;the success rate of trachea intubation was 90.0% in group A, significantly higher than 70.0% in group B;the test score of group A was 90.23±3.67, significantly higher than 82.46±4.12 in group B;the incidence of adverse events of intubation was 17.5%, significantly lower than 37.5% in group B;the differences between group A and group B were statistically significant(P<0.05). Student’ satisfaction score of group A was 92.46±2.91, significantly higher than 80.42±3.12 in group B(P<0.05). Conclusion Application effect of visualization technology in the teaching of trachea intubation for pre-hospital first aid interns is better than traditional teaching method.
