摘  要:收集了4个产地的12个柠檬草样品,用超临界萃取-气相色谱/质谱法(SFE-GC/MS)在L9(3^4)正交试验表优化萃取条件下(温度35℃、压力20MPa、静态萃取时间40min和动态萃取时间40min)测得柠檬草萃取物的色谱图,经质谱分析对比NIST08谱库并结合相关文献对萃取物化学成分做了鉴定。对柠檬草化学成分按照醛类、酯类、醇类、烯类、其他进行归类计算峰面积百分含量,结合主成分分析(PCA)建立判别模型,对4个产地的12个柠檬草样品进行产地溯源研究。本研究结果表明,利用SFE-GC/MS结合PCA能对柠檬草进行有效的产地溯源,实用性良好。Twelve samples of cymbopogon citratus DC.Stapf grown in 4 different regions in China were collected,and analyzed by SFE-GC/MS under the optimum conditions of L9(3^4)orthogonal experiments(extraction temperature 35℃,extraction pressure 20MPa,static extraction time 40min and dynamic extraction time 40min)to obtain the chromatogram of their components.Mass spectroscopy was applied to characterized the components in cymbopogon citratus samples by referring to the NIST 08 spectrographic data base and related litertures.Then,12 sample components were classified into aldehydes,esters,alcohols,alkenes and others to calculate the percentage of peak area.Furthermore,principal component analysis was used to establish discriminant model.Determination of geographical origin of 12 cymbopogon citratus samples from 4 different regions was studied.In summary,SFE-GC/MS with PCA can be used to identify regions and has great practicability.
