摘 要:为制备稳定性良好的储能用微乳液冰浆,选用液体石蜡为油相,油酸钠作为乳化剂,己醇为助表面活性剂,实验确定了石蜡、水、表面活性剂的质量配比,利用超声波乳化的方法制备了热力学稳定的石蜡-油酸钠-己醇-水微乳液体系,获得了微乳液体系拟三元相图,并表征了该微乳液体系的粒径和电导率。微乳液(石蜡、己醇、油酸钠和水的质量比为1∶0.55∶4∶23)粒径峰值为179.7nm,平均粒径为16.23nm。微乳液含水量在1%-45%之间,是W/O型微乳液。含水量在45%-52%之间,微乳液呈液晶状,为双连续型微乳液。含水量在52%以上,为O/W型微乳液。随着含水量的增加,微乳液由W/O型转变为双连续型,再转变为O/W型微乳液。实验表明微乳液制备简便,静置60天没有分层,300次-3~30℃冷热循环没有出现分层现象,稳定性良好,为石蜡微乳液作为冰浆蓄冷介质应用提供可靠依据。In order to prepare microemulsion ice slurry for energy storage,microemulsion of paraffin-sodium oleate-hexanol-water system is prepared by ultrasonic emulsification,where liquid paraffi,sodium oleate and hexanol are used as the oil phase,emulsifier and co-surfactant,respectively.A ternary phase diagram of microemulsion is obtained.The peak particle diameter of the microemulsion is 179.7 nm and the average particle diameter is 16.23 nm.The microemulsion is W/O type with the water amount in the range of 1%to 45%.The microemulsion is bicontinuous microemulsion with the water amount in the range of 45%to 52%.When the water content is above 52%,the microemulsion is O/W.The experimental results show that the microemulsion is changed from W/O type to bicontinuous type,and then to O/W type microemulsion with the increase of water content in the microemulsion,.The experimental results show that the microemulsion has no delamination for 60 days.The microemulsion keeps stable after 300 cycles between-3℃ and 30℃.The stability of the microemulsion is good.It provides a reliable basis for the application of paraffin microemulsion as ice storage medium.
