摘  要:云南某高硫高锌复杂多金属硫化矿含锌19%,含硫量高达29%,矿物的嵌布粒度不均匀,有用矿物的组成较为复杂。为了获得该矿的高效选矿工艺,故进行了选矿试验研究。经过初步探索研究,采用铅硫混选-混选精矿分离-铅硫混选尾矿再选锌的工艺流程。在原矿磨矿细度为70%-0.074mm的情况下,通过两次粗选两次扫选两次精选和脱锌扫选,可获得含铅15.56%,含锌3.20%的铅硫混合精矿。铅硫混合精矿采用一次粗选两次扫选两次精选的流程,可获得含铅61.13%,含锌5.36%的铅精矿。铅硫浮选尾矿采用两次粗选两次扫选的工艺流程,可获得含铅0.64%,含锌52.67%的锌精矿。The zinc content of one polymetallic sulphide ore with high sulfur and high zinc in Yunnan is 19%,the sulfur content reach up to 20%,the dissemination size of mineral is uneven,the composition of valuable mineral is relatively complex. The mineral process study is carried out in order to obtain the efficient mineral processing technology. The process flow that lead-sulfur mixed flotation - separation of mixed flotation concentrate - zinc recleaning from the tailings of lead-sulfur mixed flotation should be adopted with the primary research. The lead-sulfur mixed concentrate with 15.56% lead content,3.20% zinc content can be obtained under the circumstance that the grinding fineness of raw ore is 70%-0.074mm,by the process that two times rough concentration and two times of concentration for lead-sulfur mixed concentrate,as well as the dezincification scavenging. The lead concentrate with 61.13% lead content,5.36% zinc content can be obtained by the process flow that one time rough concentration,two times scavenging and two times concentration for lead-sulfur mixed concentration. The zinc concentrate with 0.64% lead content,52.67% zinc content can be obtained by the process flow that two times rough concentration,two times scavenging for lead-sulfur flotation tailings.
