摘 要:试验探索了磷钼杂多酸-孔雀绿-PVA分光光度法测定锡铅焊料中微量磷的条件。方法选择用硝酸分解试样,硫酸介质中用盐酸-氢溴酸挥发除去锡、砷、锑,铅、银呈硫酸盐沉淀分离,本方法酸度条件下硅不干扰测定。高酸度显色,显色体系的干扰少,选择性好。本法空白值低,精密度高,灵敏度高,显色酸度范围宽,易操作。磷的测定范围0.0005%~0.05%。The conditions for determination on trace phosphorus in tin-lead solder by hpmo-malachite green-PVA spectrophotometric method were tested and investigated. The nitric acid is adopted to decompose the sample,in the sulphuric acid medium that hydrochloric acid-hydrobromic acid is adopted to remove tin,arsenic,antimony by volatilization,lead and silver were separated by sulfate precipitation,under the acidity condition of this method,silicon is not a problem. Color development with high acidity,there are less interference of the color system,the selectivity is good. The baseline value is low,the precision degree is high,and the sensitivity is high,the color developing acidity range is wide,which can be operated easily. The determination range of phosphorus is 0.0005%~0.05%.
