摘　　要：欧洲某公司为伊朗某钢厂建造的双流板坯连铸机在生产过程中,窄面铜板“掉窄面”严重,低于宽面铜板大于10mm,造成多次漏钢事故发生,而且调宽装置调宽阻力大,电机总是出现卡阻现象。在高拉速控制后,铸坯窄面多出现鼓肚。重型院通过对窄面插入件结构、窄面足辊结构和足辊数量等优化后,窄面鼓肚问题得到解决、漏钢事故大幅度减少,拉速得到提高,大幅度提高了连铸机生产效率和企业效益。The dual-strands slab continuous casting machine,which made by one European company for one Iran steel mill,“narrow-face drop” problem of the narrow-face copper plate is serious in the production process of the machine,which is lower than wide surface copper plate and greater than 10 mm,so it caused breakout accidents several times,and the width - modulated resistance of wide adjustable device is large,so the motor always stuck. Deformation of slab narrow face occurred after controlling with high casting speed. After optimization on structure of insertion piece,structure of foot roll,and the optimization of number of foot roll,which were made by China National Heavy Machinery Research Institute,the deformation problem of narrow face is solved,the breakout accident decreased greatly,the casting speed is increased,therefore,the productive rate of continuous casting machine is increased greatly,as well as the enterprise revenue.
