摘  要:概述江苏水文自动测报系统的规模、架构及其运维情况,分析当前运维管理存在的问题。提出以采集层、服务层、应用层三层架构为主体的智慧化运维方案,以提高运维实时性、提升运维效率、降低运维成本。该方案对自动测报系统的软硬件状况和自动采集数据进行实时监控,对水文自动测报系统的数据入库、数据质量、设备运行等情况及运维人员工作效率进行统计,分析和考核,同时对系统故障的诊断进行告警和跟踪,并做出智能调度和处置推荐,并为系统建立一个知识库系统。This paper describes the scale, architecture and the status of operation and maintenance of Jiangsu hydrological data acquisition system, analyzes the issues of operation and maintenance. This paper proposes an intelligent operation and maintenance scheme with three layers of architecture: collection layer, service layer and application layer, to improve real-time operation and maintenance, improve operation and maintenance efficiency and reduce operation and maintenance costs. This scheme supervises the software and hardware status and data automatically of hydrological data acquisition system in real time, and does the statistics, analysis and check of data warehousing, data quality, equipment operation and efficiency of operation and maintenance personnel of hydrological data acquisition system. At the same time, it warns and tracks the system fault diagnosis and makes intelligent scheduling and disposal recommendation. And it also establishes an intelligent knowledge base system for the system.
