摘 要:为摸清四川省水利信息化建设现状及其需求,明确全省智慧水利建设目标和任务,做好全省智慧水利建设统筹规划,在深入分析国内外智慧水利建设与发展的基础上,总结智慧水利建设的经验和主要特征,并结合四川省水利信息化建设实际分析当前存在的主要问题,最后针对四川省提出智慧水利建设的目标、总体架构、建设任务和推进建议,重点解决全省水利信息化建设“不平衡、不完整、不智慧”的问题,为下一步全省智慧水利建设提供参考。In order to find out the present situation and demand of water resources informatization construction, set the object and task of Smart Water Conservancy construction, and make overall planning of Smart Water Conservancy construction in Sichuan province, this paper provides the thoughts on Smart Water Conservancy construction in Sichuan province based on deep analysis of domestic and overseas construction and development of Smart Water Conservancy, summarizes the experience and main features of Smart Water Conservancy, combines with the current conditions of water resources informatization construction in Sichuan Province, by analyzing the main problems existing at present. According to these problems, the objectives, overall structure, concrete tasks and promotion suggestions of Smart Water Conservancy construction in Sichuan Province are propounded, which focus on solving the problem of “unbalanced, incomplete and unwise” in the construction of water resources informatization, and provide reference for the developing of Smart Water Conservancy construction in Sichuan Province.
