摘 要:为了满足当前高能激光系统的工程应用需求,设计了针对高能激光聚焦的发射聚焦装置。首先选取了折反式二级扩束光学系统作为设计模型,然后利用光学设计软件序列模式对光学系统进行了设计优化,获得了平面波光束在不同距离聚焦的设计结果。其次由于平面波光束和高斯光束在调焦量上存在差异,通过矩阵光学理论计算了针对高斯光束聚焦的调焦修正量,并利用光学设计软件非序列模式重构光学系统,并以非相干空间合束的高斯光束作为入射光,进行了高能激光的传输聚焦仿真验证。在系统参数一致的条件下,与常规的离轴反射式光学系统进行对比。对比结果证实了本文设计的光学系统光学性能优良,可满足对入射高能激光在0.5~5km范围内聚焦,最后开展的样机实验也验证了设计的正确性和合理性。A transmitting-focusing device is designed for high energy laser(HEL) focusing in order to satisfy the demand of the engineering application of HEL system.Firstly,the design model of a catadioptric two-step beam expander system is selected,and then a design result of plane wave beam focusing in different distance is optimized through using optical design software in sequential mode.Secondly,the correction should be calculated by the theory of matrix optics because of the inconformity between plane wave beam and Gaussian beam in focusing adjustment quantity.Thirdly,the same optical system which uses incoherent combination laser in space as incident is refactored in non-sequential mode,and the simulation of HEL in transmitting and focusing is verified.This new designed optical system is used to contrast to an ordinary off-axis reflective optical system under the condition of same system parameters.The comparison proved that the new designed optical system which has better optical performance can satisfy HEL focusing in the range of 0.5~5km.Finally,a prototype experiment is carried out to verify the correctness and rationality of the design.
