摘　　要：针对装备虚拟训练中的训练效果评估的不足,对虚拟训练评估的需求进行了分析,构建了评估指标体系,设计了评估系统的框架。研究成果可为完善装备虚拟训练工作提供理论参考。In order to overcome the shortcomings of assessment of virtual training,the requirement of assessment of virtual training system is analyzed.And the assessment indexes are proposed.Finally a framework of assessment system is designed.The obtained results can provide some theoretic instructions to virtual training.
