摘  要:针对大型飞机复合材料机翼多学科耦合的气动弹性问题,利用复合材料层压板的刚度方向性和耦合效应,使载荷作用下的翼面结构产生有利的弹性变形,从而提高结构设计性能和气动弹性特性。在国产自主平台上设计并开发了气动弹性剪裁设计软件,软件包括结构分析模块,优化设计模块及前后置处理模块。运行结果表明,研究方法和设计的软件能够有效地对气动弹性和优化问题进行分析,且具备的气动弹性剪裁功能在多个型号进行成功的应用。Focusing on multi-discipline coupled aeroelastic problem of large aircraft composite wings,stiffness direction and coupling effect of composite laminates are utilized ,in order to produce beneficial elastic deformation of wing structure under loading,so then the structural design performance and aeroelastic characteristics can be improved.The function of the aeroelastic tailoring design software is designed and realized on the domestic independent platform.The software includes structural analysis module, optimization design module and pre-and post-processing module.The operation results indicate that this method and software can effectively deal with aeroelastic and optimization problems ,and has been applied and verified on real aircrafts structure design.
