摘  要:针对发射车液压系统状态维修需求,以最大可用度为目标函数,构建基于威布尔分布比例故障率模型的状态维修决策模型;在模拟的装备液压系统状态监测数据的基础上,通过相关性分析确定显著性协变量,然后建立协变量与状态数据之间的关系模型,并根据该模型中协变量的作用大小,对发射车液压系统的维修活动进行分析,从而得到维修决策方案。Directed to the maintenance demand for hydraulic system of missile launcher,and combined with the object function of maximum availability model,the decision model of condition based on proportional hazards model of weibull distribution is built.After analysing the condition monitor analog data of hydraulic system,the significance covariant is definited through the correlated analysing.Then,the relationship model between the covarint and the condition data is built.In the end,according to the covarint action of the relationship model,maintenance activity of hydraulic system of missile launcher is studied,and the maintenance project has been gotten.
