摘　　要：配合料系统是玻璃纤维生产的重要设备,是玻璃纤维稳定高效生产的基础。配合料质量包括误差精度、配合料均匀度等指标,可直接反映出配合料系统的运行状况。配合料质量受原料本身性质、储料仓料位、螺旋给料机加料方式、电子秤称量参数、秤体环境、均化输送等多方面因素的影响,在实际操作过程中,应综合考虑各方面的因素来调整配合料工艺参数,提高配合料的质量。The batch system is an important equipment in glass fiber production, and the base to keep high efficient glass fiber production. The batch quality includes parameters such as the weighing precision and the batch homogeneity, and it can reflect the run of the batch system directly. The batch quality is affected by many factors including the raw material characteristics, the material level in the storage bins, the feeding way of the screw feeders, the weighing parameters of the electronic scales, the weighing conditions, and the material transporting. In the actual operation, all the factors should be considered comprehensively to adjust the batching process parameters and improve the batch quality .
