摘  要:为满足电力推进系统试验验证要求,并达到节能环保的目的,本文设计并实现了一种螺旋桨负载模拟系统。本系统由变频控制柜、负载交流电机及弹性联轴器和负载模拟监控系统组成,能实时、准确的模拟螺旋桨的负载特性,为电力推进系统的试验提供优质负载,并对螺旋桨负载模拟系统运行的整个过程提供监测、控制、系统设置和必要的保护。In order to meet the requirements of test verification of electric propulsion system and to achieve the goal of energy saving and environmental protection, a propeller load simulation system is designed and implemented. The system consists of frequency conversion control cabinet, load AC motor, elastic coupling and load simulation monitoring system. It can simulate the load characteristics of propeller in real time and accurately. The system simulates the following items, such as providing high-quality load monitoring, controlling, system setting and necessary protection during the whole process of propeller operation.
