摘　　要：高校思想政治工作队伍承担着立德树人的重要职责和使命,是学生成长成才的重要引路人。面临新时代新形势,四川高校思想政治工作队伍必须从提高政治站位、强化思想理论武装、创新育人载体和形式、提升学历职称结构、完善考评运行机制等方面进一步建立健全工作机制,不断提升队伍整体育人水平,着力为社会主义现代化事业和治蜀兴川培养合格建设者和可靠接班人。Bearing crucial responsibilities and missions of cultivating students with correct moralities and doctrines, ideological and political educators in higher institutions serve as important guides for students on their roads to success. Faced with a new situation in the new era, ideological and political educators in higher institutions of Sichuan province must further enforce their ideological and theoretical trainings, innovate the carrier and form of education, promote their academic qualifications and professional titles, and improve the evaluation mechanism for performances to further develop and perfect the working system, to constantly improve the team's overall ability in educating students, and to make great efforts to train qualified builders and reliable successors for the cause of socialist modernization and for the development of Sichuan province.
