贫困地区图书馆现状及发展思路——以河南省商丘地区为例

摘　　要：贫困地区公共图书馆建设是推动我国全面实现文化大发展、大繁荣,提升全民精神文明和物质文明的重要工程之一。通过实地考察、座谈、电话采访等方式,全面调研了河南省商丘市夏邑县、虞城县、柘城县、宁陵县、睢县等10个贫困地区公共图书馆的建设情况,分析了商丘地区公共图书馆建设和利用的现状,发现纸质图书藏量普遍较少、馆藏图书老化严重、图书种类不全、建设经费不足、馆员队伍素能整体偏低、馆舍场馆建设整体不够合理规范等。提出应从加强文献资源建设及宣传、扩宽资金来源渠道、引进和培养人才、加强建设硬件等方面进一步搞好贫困地区公共图书馆建设。The construction of public libraries in poverty-stricken areas is one of the major projects to promote cultural development of China and boost the spiritual and material civilization for Chinese people. The conditions of public libraries are investigated carefully through field trips, face-to-face interviews and telephone interviews, in ten poverty-stricken counties in Shangqiu, Henan, including Xiayi, Yucheng, Zhecheng, etc. After the analysis of the construction and utilization of these libraries, it can be drawn that there are many problems, such as only a limited and incomplete collection of paper books, serious aging of books, insufficient funds for library construction, and lack of professional training for librarians. Thus, suggestions are put forward to strengthen the construction and propaganda of library resources, broaden the funding channels, recruit and train library professionals and improve the hardware construction of the library.
