摘  要:在基于加工技术及实际应用的塑料型材或管材的包装领域的生产规范的基础上,目的是提升产品整体形象的设计依据,帮助企业在品牌塑造中提升产品系列化程度、规范系列产品形象、提升企业品牌识别度,本文采用张口后的薄膜,传送带式送料的方式,从而进行优化可调节张口器设计,实现能够方便、自动和快捷地撑开塑料薄膜的效果。On the basis of processing technology and practical application in the field of packaging of plastic profiles or pipes, the purpose is to enhance the design basis of the overall image of products, help enterprises to enhance the degree of product serialization, standardize the image of series products and enhance the brand recognition of enterprises in brand shaping. In this paper, film after opening mouth and conveyor belt feeding are adopted, so as to improve the overall image of products. By optimizing the design of adjustable opening device, the effect of opening plastic film conveniently, automatically and quickly can be realized.
