摘　　要：基于枢纽型网络城市的内涵与特征,分析广州市目前在全球航空、航运和创新网络中的地位与存在问题,从而提出广州枢纽型网络城市建设与提高全球资源配置能力的思路与策略:塑造优势,承载和强化全球性功能;创造条件,吸引和集聚全球性组织;内通外联,扩展和完善全球性网络。Based on the connotation and characteristics of network hub city, this paper analyzes the status and existing problems of Guangzhou in the global aviation, shipping and innovation network, and puts forward the ideas and strategies for the construction of network hub city in Guangzhou and the improvement of global resource allocation capacity: shaping advantages, carrying and strengthening global functions;creating the conditions to attract and assemble global organizations;expanding and improving global network.
