贝前列素钠联合缬沙坦治疗伴有高血压的糖尿病勃起功能障碍的疗效分析

摘　　要：目的观察贝前列素钠(beraprost sodium)联合缬沙坦(valsartan)治疗伴有轻中度高血压的糖尿病勃起功能障碍的疗效。方法选取明确诊断糖尿病勃起功能障碍且伴有轻中度高血压的男性患者80例,分为治疗组及对照组,各40例,对照组予心理疏导、降糖、缬沙坦80~160mg,每天1次,口服降压治疗;治疗组在对照组治疗方案的基础上增加贝前列素钠片40μg,每天3次,口服;治疗12周,观察两组治疗前后糖化、血压及IIEF-5评分变化。结果治疗12周后,治疗组总有效率为62.5%,高于对照组的37.5%(P<0.05);对照组及治疗组IIEF-5评分的5项内容均较治疗前改善,治疗组持久度、满意度及IIEF-5评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用贝前列素钠联合缬沙坦治疗伴有轻中度高血压的糖尿病勃起功能障碍效果确切。Objective To investigate the effect of beraprost sodium and valsartan combination therapy on diabetic erectile dysfunction complicated with hypertension.Methods A total of 80 male patients suffering from diabetic erectile dysfunction and hypertension were selected,these patients were divided into control group(n=40)and treatment group(n=40).Control group were treated with psychological therapy,anti-hyperglycaemia and anti-hypertension(valsartan 80-160 mg,one time every day),treatment group were added beraprost sodium(40μg,three times every day)on the basis of control group therapy.HbAlc,blood pressure and international index of erectile function(IIEF-5)questionnaire were collected before and after 12 weeks therapy.Results After 12 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate was 62.5%in the treatment group,37.5%higher than the control group(P<0.05).The five contents of the IIEF-5 score in the control group and the treatment group were improved compared with the treatment,the durability,satisfaction and IIEF-5 scores of the treatment group were better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of beraprost sodium combined with valsartan in the treatment of diabetic erectile dysfunction with mild to moderate hypertension.
