摘 要:目的探讨MRI检查在膝关节前交叉韧带损伤及半月板损伤临床诊断中的应用价值。方法选取2018年1月至2019年1月于本院就诊的膝关节损伤患者96例作为研究对象。所有患者均接受膝关节MRI以及关节镜检查,关节镜检查明确前交叉韧带损伤,以关节镜检查结果作为金标准,通过与MRI检查诊断结果进行比较探讨其在前交叉韧带损伤诊断中的应用价值。结果MRI对前交叉韧带损伤诊断的敏感度为90.5%,特异度为96.0%,准确度为94.8%,明确半月板损伤的敏感度为84.6%,特异度为98.6%,准确度为94.8%,一致性Kappa检验结果显示MRI诊断结果与关节镜诊断膝关节前交叉韧带损伤及半月板损伤具有高度一致性。结论MRI检查对膝关节前交叉韧带损伤及半月板损伤具有较高的敏感度与特异度,能够实现快速、无创、准确诊断,可为临床治疗方案的制定与预后评估提供客观证据。Objective To investigate the value of MRI in the diagnosis of knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and meniscus injury.Methods 96 patients with knee joint injuries who were treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as subjects.All patients underwent knee MRI and arthroscopy.Arthroscopy confirmed the anterior cruciate ligament injury.The results of arthroscopic examination were used as the gold standard.The value of MRI was compared with the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury.Results The sensitivity of MRI for the diagnosis of anterior cruciate ligament injury was 90.5%,the specificity was 96.0%,the accuracy was 94.8%,the sensitivity of clear meniscus injury was 84.6%,the specificity was 98.6%,and the accuracy was 94.8%.Consistent Kappa test results show that MRI diagnosis results are highly consistent with arthroscopic diagnosis of knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and meniscus injury.Conclusion MRI has high sensitivity and specificity for knee anterior cruciate ligament injury and meniscus injury,which can achieve rapid,non-invasive and accurate diagnosis,and provide objective evidence for clinical treatment and prognosis evaluation.
