续筋接骨汤联合骨折断端间注射富血小板血浆对胫骨骨折术后不愈合及骨痂评分的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析对胫骨骨折术后不愈合患者实施续筋接骨汤联合骨折断端间注射富血小板血浆进行治疗的临床效果。方法从2016年1月至2017年7月本院收治的胫骨骨折术后不愈合患者中选取84例患者作为研究对象,采用随机数表法进行分组,对照组患者42例,实施骨折断端间注射富血小板血浆进行治疗,实验组患者42例,采用续筋接骨汤联合骨折断端间注射富血小板血浆进行治疗。对比两组患者的骨痂生长情况、骨折愈合情况、膝关节功能情况与踝关节功能情况。结果实验组患者的Fernadez-esteve评分高于对照组,实验组患者的骨折愈合时间低于对照组,实验组患者的骨折愈合率为61.90%高于对照组的30.95%。结论对胫骨骨折术后不愈合患者实施续筋接骨汤联合骨折断端间注射富血小板血浆进行治疗的临床效果显著,有效的减少了骨折愈合时间,提高了骨折愈合率,且改善了患者的膝关节功能与踝关节功能,具有临床推广应用价值。Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect of the treatment of non-healing patients with non-union after humeral fractures with the treatment of spleen and bone graft combined with injection of platelet-rich plasma.Methods From January 2016 to July 2017,84 patients who underwent nonunion surgery for tibiofibular fractures were enrolled in the hospital.The patients were randomized to a randomized table.42 patients in the control group were treated with fracture ends.Intravenous injection of platelet-rich plasma for treatment,42 patients in the experimental group,treated with continued treatment of platelet-rich plasma with continued reinforcement of bone graft combined with fracture.The osteophyte growth,fracture healing,knee function and ankle function were compared between the two groups.Results The Fernadez-esteve score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group.The fracture healing time of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group.The fracture healing rate of the experimental group was 61.90%higher than that of the control group(30.95%).Conclusion The clinical effect of the treatment of non-healing patients with non-union after tibiofibular fracture combined with the injection of platelet-rich plasma at the fracture end is effective,which effectively reduces the fracture healing time,improves the fracture healing rate,and improves the patient's knee joint function and ankle joint function have clinical application value.
