摘  要:根据HLB值,通过对表面活性剂Tween-85及油酸的复配,制得含石墨烯纳米颗粒的铜板带轧制乳化液。静置观察了乳化液的稳定性,并测定了乳化液对紫铜的润湿性。通过CFT-1型多功能材料表面性能综合测试仪对乳化液的摩擦学性能进行了研究。结果表明:表面活性剂的复配提高了乳化液的稳定性、润湿性。相对于不含石墨烯的乳化液,添加质量分数0.06%石墨烯后,平均摩擦因数降低了15%,磨损面积减少19%。摩擦过程中乳化液中的石墨烯进入摩擦界面形成连续保护膜,且由于其片层之间较小的剪切力,通过层间滑移,提高摩擦学性能。According to HLB value,the emulsion containing graphene was successfully prepared by mixing surfactant Tween-85 with oleic acid.The stability of emulsion was observed and the wettability of emulsion on Copper was determined.The tribological properties of emulsion were studied by CFT-1 comprehensive testing instrument.The results show that the surfactant compound could increase stability and wettability of emulsion.Compared with the emulsion without graphene,the emulsion with 0.06% graphene can reduce the average friction coefficient by 15% and the wear area by 19%.The graphene in the emulsion enters the friction interface to form a continuous protective film during the friction process,and the tribological properties are improved by the interlayer slip because of the small shear force between the layers of graphene.
