摘 要:以靛红酸酐(IA)与聚乙二醇单甲醚550(MPEG550)合成带有伯氨基的活性支链(IP550),并对苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)进行酰胺化改性,制备出梳状改性SMA(SMA-IP550)。考察了产物的合成条件,并采用FTIR和~1HNMR对SMA-IP550的结构进行表征。结果表明:催化剂(4-二甲氨基吡啶)用量为反应物总质量的0.9%,MPEG550和IA的物质的量比为1∶1,反应温度120℃,反应时间30 min,活性支链IP550产率达79.3%;SMA改性温度为140℃,IP550与SMA中马来酸酐(MA)的物质的量比为0.5∶1,反应体系的固含量30%,反应时间2h,得到接枝率为42.5%的改性苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA-IP550)。通过对比不同长度活性支链改性SMA的分散、降黏、乳化和润湿性能,结果表明该类助剂结构可调,其分散作用以及乳化作用与结构紧密相关。An active branched chain(IP550) with a primary amino group was synthesized by isatoic anhydride(IA) and methoxypolyethylene glycols 550(MPEG550). An amidation reaction between styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer(SMA) and IP550 led to comb-like modified polymer surfactant(SMA-IP550). The synthesis conditions of IP550 and SMA-IP550 were investigated. The chemical structure of SMA-IP550 was characterized by FTIR and 1 HNMR. The results showed that when dosage of catalyst(4-dimethylaminopyridine) was 0.9% of the total mass of reactants, molar ratio of MPEG550 to IA was 1∶1, reaction temperature was 120 ℃, and reaction time was 30 min, the yield of IP550 reached79.3%. Modified SMA(SMA-IP550) with 42.5% grafting yield was obtained under the conditions of temperature 140 ℃, molar ratio of IP550 to MA 0.5∶1, solid content 30%, and reaction time 2 h. By comparing the dispersion, viscosity reduction, emulsification and wettability of modified SMA with different branched-chain lengths, it was found that the structure of comb-like modified styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer could be adjusted, and their dispersion and emulsification were closely related to their structure.
