摘　　要：配电通信系统的建设和改造应充分利用现有通信资源,完善配电通信基础设施,避免重复。在满足现有配电自动化系统需求的前提下,充分考虑业务综合应用和通信技术发展前景,规划、分步实施、适度超前。The construction and transformation of distribution communication system should make full use of existing communication resources, improve distribution communication infrastructure and avoid duplication. On the premise of meeting the needs of existing distribution automation systems, fully considering the development prospects of business integrated application and communication technology, planning, step-by-step implementation and moderately advanced.
