摘  要:在众多工业生产中,温度是一项重要的基本参数,控制系统对温度控制的精度和稳定性会直接影响到产品的质量和使用性能。为了能够在恶劣的高温环境中,稳定控制所需要的温度范围,论文采用K型热电偶、CD4051和MAX6675作为温度数据采集模块,用PTC加热板和固态继电器作为加热模块,用L298N、交流电机和风扇作为冷却模块,用三点测温均值法作为数据的处理,以STC89C52单片机为控制单元,设计了一套控制精度较高的温控系统,并给出了相应的硬件电路和软件设计。该系统具有结构简单、测温精度高、温度范围保持稳定等优点。In a number of industrial production,the temperature is one of important basic parameters,the accuracy and stability of the control system to temperature control will directly affect the quality and performance of the product. In order to be able to in the harsh high temperature environment,range of temperature required for stability control,this paper uses K,CD4051 and MAX6675 type thermocouple as a temperature data acquisition module,with the PTC heating plate and solid state relay as heating module,L298N,AC motor and fan for cooling module,three point measurement means as data processing,taking STC89C52 single chip microcomputer as control unit,a temperature control system of a high control precision,and gives the hardware circuit and the corresponding software system. The system has the advantages of simple structure,high temperature measurement accuracy,stable temperature range and so on.
