摘  要:在浙江龙泉开展红豆树根插和半木质化嫩枝扦插试验。结果表明:不同根粗扦插后根的萌芽率、生根率和根长3个性状有明显差异,根插以根粗1~1.5cm(B处理)的萌芽率和生根率较好,均到达70%以上,而不同生根促进剂及浓度的嫩枝扦插各处理中,成活率、生根率、生根数及根长等生根性状均有显著差异,以生根剂ABT1及其浓度为500mg·kg^-1穗条基部浸泡2h的试验组合较好,其成活率和生根率均达65%以上。It is demonstrated by cutting experiment of Ormosia hosiei with root and semi-lignified branches in Longquan City, Zhejiang Province, and concentration that germinating rate, rooting rate and length of the roots had significant different by different root roughness. The best treatment of root cutting is B(the root roughness is 1~1.5 cm), the germinating rate and rooting rate is more than 70%. The cutting survival rate, rooting rate, number of the roots and length of the roots of cutting propagation of tender branch had significant different by different root-inducing regulator, the best treatment combination is 2 combination (ABT1, 500 mg·kg^-1 and soak the base of spike for 2 hours), the cutting survival rate, rooting rate is more than 65%.
