摘 要:为进一步削减锅炉氮氧化物排放量、提升大气环境质量,上海市提出从2018年至2020年底前,全面完成中小燃油、燃气锅炉提标改造工作。在充分调研并听取现役锅炉使用单位、锅炉低氮排放改造企业、燃气和电力供应企业、有关行业协会等方面意见和建议基础上,对上海市中小锅炉基本情况、低氮排放改造技术和路径、存在问题进行了梳理分析,提出推进全市中小锅炉低氮达标排放改造工作的相关建议。In order to further reduce the emission of nitrogen oxides from boilers in Shanghai and improve the quality of atmospheric environment quality, Shanghai government proposed to complete the upgrading task of small and medium-sized fuel and gas boilers from 2018 to 2020. Based on the full investigation and listening to the opinions and suggestions of the users, boiler low-nitrogen emission reform enterprises, gas and electric power supply enterprises and relevant industry associations, this paper analyzes the basic situation of the small and medium-sized boilers, transformation technology and path, and puts forward some suggestions for promoting the low-nitrogen emission reduction of small and medium-sized boilers in Shanghai.
