摘　　要：随着上级政府对财政工作管理要求不断提高,如何提高区级财政的管理水平,提升管理绩效,成为区级财政管理人员值得深入讨论的课题。本文简要总结了笔者在工作中的一些相关经验和措施,以期为区级财政管理科学化精细的发展提供有效参考。As the higher-level government's requirements for financial work management continue to improve, how to improve the management level of district-level finance and improve the management performance has become a topic worthy of in-depth discussion among district-level financial management workers. This paper briefly summarizes some relevant experience and measures of the writer in practical work, in order to provide effective reference for the scientific and fine development of district-level financial management.
