摘　　要：从茧丝绸的生产情况、工业经济情况、丝绸贸易情况、茧丝交易市场情况等方面,对2018年茧丝绸行业运行情况进行分析,发现整个行业经济下行的压力在不断增大。但是,国内丝绸市场销售基本稳定,对主要出口市场出口分化明显,内需市场对行业的强大稳定器作用逐步凸显。尽管国内茧丝绸行业经济进入明显调整格局,但全国相关企业主动作为、积极应对,在基地建设、科技创新、产品研发等方面取得了积极的成效,呈现出诸多新的亮点,为推动供给侧结构性改革提供了动力与支持。2019年是行业适应经济结构调整新常态、探索高质量发展模式的关键之年,为此,行业要立足发展实际,采取更加有效措施,从强基础稳生产、强自律稳市场、强信心稳预期三个方面出发,力争化危机、求转机、占先机,更好地推动行业向高质量发展的新阶段逐步迈进。The operation of cocoon silk industry in 2018 was analyzed from the aspects of cocoon silk production, economic situation of the industry and silk trade situation and cocoon silk market situation. The result shows that the economic downward pressure of the whole industry is increasing. However, the domestic silk market is basically stable in sales, and the export to the major export markets is clearly differentiated. The domestic demand market plays a role of strong stabilizer for the industry, which has gradually become prominent. Despite the obvious adjustment pattern of domestic silk industry, the relevant enterprises in various provinces and cities took the initiative, actively responded and achieved positive results in base construction, technological innovation, product research and development, etc., showing many new highlights, which promotes power and support for the structural reform of supply side. The year 2019 is a key year for the industry to adapt to the new normal of economic restructuring and to explore a high-quality development model. To this end, the industry must base itself on the development reality and adopt more effective measures to turn the crisis, seek the opportunity, take the lead and better promote the industry towards a new stage of high-quality development from three aspects: stabilizing production based on a strong foundation, strengthening the market with strong self-discipline, and stabilizing expectations based on strong confidence.
