摘  要:在生丝检验的研究中,为了省时省力常需要模拟出大量的生丝纤度曲线进行虚拟检验与分析。模拟检验的基础是需要调查当前生丝纤度的相关特征参数。通过测长称重法,对三种规格生丝进行了实际纤度序列调查;利用自相关系数模型建立了反映生丝纤度变化的周期性与连续性的特征参数(即拟似周期及衰减率)的计算公式;根据实测结果,对特征参数进行了估算;通过扩大检验丝长的方法对特征参数的估算进行了修正。结果表明,特征参数估算方法可以有效地估算出生丝纤度序列变化的拟似周期及衰减率,扩大检验丝长后再进行计算可以提高估算精度。In the study of raw silk inspection, it is often necessary to simulate a large quantity of raw silk size curves for simulation test and analysis in order to save time and labour. The basis of the simulation test is to investigate the related characteristic parameters of current raw silk size. By length measurement and weighing method, the actual size series of three specifications of raw silk were investigated, and the calculation formula of characteristic parameters (i.e. mimetic period and attenuation rate) reflecting the periodicity and continuity of raw silk size variation was established by using the autocorrelation coefficient model. The characteristic parameters were estimated according to the actual measurement test results. The estimations of the characteristic parameters were corrected by expanding the test length. The results show that the estimation method of characteristic parameters can effectively estimate the mimetic period and attenuation rate of the raw silk size variation, and the estimation accuracy can be improved by expanding the test length.
