摘　　要：窦性心率震荡(heart rate turbulence,HRT)是指发生室性早搏后,窦性心律出现短暂的加速和减速的过程,反映室性早搏后出现自主神经的快速调节反应。HRT的检测方法简单、无创,结果可靠、稳定,可以从体表心电图和动态心电图监测中得到。HRT现象现在广泛应用于心脏病患者预后判断和临床研究,成为心血管疾病的猝死风险预测中非常重要的无创检测方法之一。室性早搏对心率的多重作用是筛查心肌梗死后猝死高危患者的一种可靠方法。Sinus heart rate turbulence(HRT)refers to the transient accelerating and deceleration of sinus heart rate after premature ventricular contraction(PVC).It reflects the rapid regulation reaction of autonomic nerve post PVC.The testing method of HRT is simple and noninvasive,with reliable and stable results acquired from the monitoring of surface electrocardiogram and ambulatory electrocardiography.Nowadays the phenomenon of HRT is widely used in the prognosis judgment and clinical investigation on the patients with heart disease.It has become one of the very important noninvasive testing methods for predicting the risk of sudden death in those with cardiovascular disease.The multiple influence of PVC on heart rate is reliable to screen out the patients at high risk of sudden death after myocardial infarction.
