摘　　要：湘钢360 m^2烧结机通过点火炉抬高、雾化水制粒系统及防堵型微负压点火自动控制装置的开发与应用、烧结机台车整体改造、布料方式的优化改造和炉条板结的治理等技术措施的实施,料层厚度逐步从700 mm提高至920 mm,烧结矿质量持续提升,烧结矿产量稳步提高,烧结矿转鼓强度从77.20%提高至80.15%,内返矿量降低40 t/h,日产量提升900 t以上,固体燃料消耗从59.84 kg/t降低至53.89 kg/t。By implementing technical measures for the 360 m^2 sintering machine of Xiangsteel including elevating of ignition furnace,development of atomized water granulation system and automatic control device of anti-blocking micro-negative pressure ignition,integral reconstruction of pallet car of sinter machine,optimization and modification of the distribution mode and control of the grate bar hardening and agglutination etc.,the bed depth has been gradually increased from 700 mm to 920 mm,the sinter quality improves continuously,the sinter output increases steadily,the sinter drum strength increases from 77.20% to 80.15%,the amount of internal return ores decrease by 40 t/h,the daily output increases by more than 900 t,and the solid fuel consumption decreases from 59.84 kg/t to 53.89 kg/t.
