摘 要:针对镁质球团在回转窑中易粉化而造成结圈进而影响生产顺利进行的问题,以管炉试验为基础,采用半工业实验模拟带式焙烧机制备镁质球团的方法,研究在最佳焙烧制度下不同碱度与不同MgO质量分数对球团化学成分、冷态强度、冶金性能与高温固结特性的影响。结果表明:随着MgO质量分数的增加,成品球团矿抗压强度略微下降,但成品球团矿的还原膨胀率有所降低,软化温度区间与软熔温度区间有所提高。在预热温度900℃、预热时间6 min、焙烧温度1 170~1 250℃、焙烧时间12 min、均热温度1000℃、均热时间3 min的热工制度下,70%巴矿与30%澳矿的混合矿在模拟带式焙烧机条件下,可以得到强度达标、冶金性能较好的成品球团矿。In view of the problem that magnesia-containing pellets are easy to disintegrate in rotary kiln which results in ringing and affects the smooth operation of production,and based on tube furnace test and by adopting the semi-industrial test to simulate the preparation of magnesia-containing pellets with straight grate machine,the effects of different basicity and different MgO mass fraction on chemical composition,cold strength,metallurgical properties and high temperature consolidation properties of pellets under optimal indurating conditions are studied.The results show that,with the increase of MgO mass fraction,the compressive strength of finished pellets decreases slightly,but the reduction swelling index of finished pellets somewhat decreases,the softening temperature range and the soft melting temperature range somewhat increase.Under the thermal system of preheating temperature 900 ℃,preheating time 6 min,roasting temperature 1 170~1 250 ℃,roasting time 12 min,heat soaking temperature 1 000 ℃ and heat soaking time 3 min and under the simulated straight grate machine condition of mixture of 70% Brazil concentrates and 30% Australian concentrates,the pellets with high strength and good metallurgical properties can be obtained.
