摘  要:介绍了宝钢股份炼铁厂采用的两种典型的烧结烟气综合治理工艺,即活性炭二级吸附法、循环流化床脱硫与选择性催化还原脱硝(CFB-SCR)的协同净化法。经运行比较分析可知:两种净化工艺的脱硫与脱硝效率分别可达95%和80%以上,满足烧结满负荷生产的烟气治理需求;活性炭二级吸附法副产物回收利用率较高,废弃量较少,浓硫酸和活性炭粉可冲减成本;CFB-SCR协同净化法的副产物脱硫灰发生量较大,处置费用较高,无资源回收利用收益;在总投资、单位风量投资额以及全口径运行成本方面,活性炭二级吸附法均高于CFB-SCR协同净化法,而在不含折旧运行成本及直接成本方面则反之。此外,烟气净化设施运行管理应统筹考虑脱除污染物的烟气净化运行费用与排放污染物的环保税缴纳,以实现减排控污绿色制造与生产成本合理控制的双赢。Two typical comprehensive treatment processes of sintering flue gas adopted in Baosteel iron-making plant are introduced,namely activated carbon two-stage adsorption purification method and circulating fluidized bed desulphurization process combined with selective catalytic reduction(CFB-SCR)denitrification process.It is known through operation comparison and analysis that the desulphurization and denitrification efficiency of the two purification processes can reach more than 95% and 80% respectively.The by-product recovery efficiency of activated carbon purification method is higher,the waste amount is less,and the concentrated sulfuric acid and activated carbon powder can reduce the cost of flue gas purification.The by-product amount of desulphurization ash produced by CFB-SCR synergistic purification method is large with high disposal cost and no resources recovery benefits.The total investment,investment per unit flue gas volume and operation cost of full caliber of the activated carbon purification method are higher than those of the CFB-SCR synergistic purification method.If the depreciation operation cost and direct cost are not included,vise verse.The operation cost of flue gas purification and the payment of environmental protection tax for pollutants discharge should be taken into full account in the operation and management of flue gas purification facilities,so as to realize the win-win situation of emission reduction,pollution control,green manufacturing and reasonable control of production cost.
