摘 要:为强化烧结矿显热的高效提取,采用CFD软件对烧结矿余热罐内的气固换热过程进行了数值模拟研究,分析了冷却空气进口温度、进口速度对烧结矿与空气之间换热效率的影响。研究表明:冷却空气自余热罐底鼓入,自顶部排出,同罐内高温烧结矿对流换热的过程中,罐内空气在垂直方向上温度梯度较大;随着冷却空气进口温度的增加,出口温度略有增长,但增幅不明显,同时烧结矿的冷却效率略有降低;随着冷却空气进口速度的增加,在冷却前期,较高的空气流速具有较高的冷却效率,冷却后期,较低的空气流速具有较高的冷却效率。In order to enhance the efficient extraction of sensible heat of sinter,the process of gas-solid heat transfer in waste-heat recovery tank of sinter is studied by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD)software.The influences of the inlet temperature and inlet speed of the cooling air on the heat transfer efficiency between the sinter and the air are analyzed.The results show that the cooling air is blown in from the bottom of the waste-heat tank and discharged from the top.During the convective heat transfer process of the high temperature sinter in the tank,the temperature gradient in the vertical direction of the tank air is large;as the inlet temperature of the cooling air increases,the outlet temperature increases slightly,but the increase is not obvious,and the sinter cooling efficiency decreases slightly.With the increase of the inlet speed of the cooling air,the high air flow velocity will result in high heat transfer efficiency in the early stage of cooling.Nevertheless,in the later stage,the low air flow rate will result in high cooling efficiency.
