摘  要:以安徽、河南两省六家煤矿企业矿工为样本,以新时代矿工安全心理影响因素为分析对象,依托K.Koffka的认知心理理论,采用问卷调查法,基于人因分析,从煤矿工人行为环境和自我调节两方面的交互作用遴选出工作认知、社会支持、安全感知和组织关怀4个影响矿工安全心理的潜在变量,构建矿工安全心理影响因素测量模型和结构模型,结果显示,受自我和环境的共同作用和各潜在变量的交互影响,煤矿工人的安全需求结构发生了重大变化,各因素间的作用程度和影响强度显示出强弱不等的相关性。煤矿企业应该根据当前矿工心理需求变化,及时调整管理模式,切实保证煤矿工人身心安全。This research adopts a questionnaire survey method,taking miners from six coal mine enterprises in Anhui and Henan provinces as a sample.The miners’safety psychological factors are taken as the analysis object.Based on K.Koffka’s theory of cognitive psychology and according to the interaction of the behavioral environment and the self-regulation of coal miners,four potential variables affecting miners’safety psychology,including work cognition,social support,safety perception,and organizational care,were selected to construct a measurement model and structural model of miners’safety psychological influence factors.Using confirmatory factor analysis and multi-group analysis to analyze the relationship and interaction between factors.Explore various derivation factors and structural characteristics that affect the safety psychology of miners in the new era.The results show that the self and the environment interaction and interaction of the underlying variables,the structure of safety demand of coal mine workers has changed greatly.So as to ensure the physical and mental safety of coal mine workers,the coal mine enterprises should adjust the management mode in time according to the change of the miners’psychological needs.
