摘　　要：介绍TP550RD旋挖机钻杆用无缝钢管的生产开发情况。根据旋挖机钻杆生产企业的使用要求,合理设计化学成分,炼钢时严格控制化学成分、钢种纯净度、夹杂物含量,采用PQF连轧管轧制工艺和920 ℃、30 min水淬+680 ℃、60 min回火空冷的热处理工艺制度,生产出满足要求的产品。试验及使用结果表明:TP550RD旋挖机钻杆用无缝钢管的可焊性和尺寸精度高,力学性能优异;低温韧性好,韧-脆转变温度在-50 ℃以下,可满足旋挖机在极寒地区工作对其钻杆低温冲击韧性的要求,并将旋挖钻杆的使用寿命提升到3 000 h以上。Introduced in this paper is the development and production of seamless steel pipe for TP550RD rotary digging machine drill pipe. Satisfying products are made as per application requirements of manufaturers of drill pipes for rotary digging machine by taking actions such as designing reasonable chemincal composition, strictly controlling the chemincal composition, the steel purity and the inclusion content in steel-making, adopting PQF pipe-rolling process, and applying a heat treatment process including quenching at 920℃ for 30 min, tempering at 680℃ for 60 min and air cooling. The results of the experiments and applicaions show that the seamless steel pipe for TP550RD rotary digging machine drill pipe has high weldability and dimension precision, excellent mechanical properties and good low temperature toughness. The pipe ductile-brittle transition temperature is below -50℃, which can meet the low temperature impact toughness requirement on drill pipe for rotary digging machine working at extremely cold areas, increasing the service life of the drill pipe to more than 3 000 h.
