摘　　要：阐述螺旋缝焊管生产时带钢边缘加工装备的发展历程。介绍目前广泛应用的铣边机的结构形式、工作原理、性能特点以及运用情况,分析螺旋缝焊管铣边机在使用过程中存在的问题和不足,诸如压下机构、主传动轴、升降托辊机构等,制定改进措施。改进后使用效果良好。Elaborated in the article is the development of edge milling machine for spiral weld pipe. Introduced are the structure, the working principle, the performance features and the application of the current widely used edge milling machine. Analyzed are the problems and shortcomings exsisting in the application of edge milling machine for spiral weld pipe, relating to the screw-down mechanism, the main drive shaft and the lifting roller etc. Preventative measures are taken and the results are good.
